Mr. Rahman is a holder of an International Business Honors Degree from the University of Lincoln, United Kingdom and a MBA degree in Marketing. He has more than 16 years’ experience in International Business. His background is in investment management. He headed a team of investment consultants & financial advisors in a large investment management institution in Dubai, where he managed investment portfolios of high net-worth individuals, raised private equity and advised clients on financial restructuring. Previously he was involved with the United Nations ‘Oil for Food Program’ in Iraq. He joined ADAM as a Consultant and rapidly rose through the ranks to become its CEO and manages strategic planning and associated development activity and provides operational leadership and driving international expansion for ADAM. He is passionate about growing ADAM Global to a £500 million company and to list it on London Stock Exchange.
Director International Affairs
Panos is a graduate of Harvard Business School on Executive Education, Wharton Business School and Cornell University on Executive Leadership. His undergraduate degree is in Politics and International Relations (American University of Athens) and his postgraduate studies are with distinction from University of Lancaster on Diplomacy, International Law and International Relations. Panos has been appointed as member in the Global Board of Directors of ADAM GLOBAL PLC, taking over an advisory role as Director of International Affairs. Panos is the Global member of the Board of Directors and Managing Partner for the Middle East. Before joining Stanton Chase, he was the Managing Director of IKRP, one of the largest Law Consulting firms in South East Europe, with offices in 12 countries. He also served as Chief Administrator of the University of Wales Swansea. He has also published over 100 articles internationally on financial and business issues, participated in more than 50 Global and Regional Financial and HR Conferences as a key note speaker and contributed to a number of TV and Radio presentations in several countries.
Igor Saveliev has 20 years of experience in FMCG globally. Igor is a graduate of the Moscow State Linguistic University and earned his MBA with distinction from the Goizueta Business School at Emory University. Having served 7 years at the UN in Geneva and the Russian Foreign Ministry, Igor moved on to work for the Coca Cola Company and then become the General Manager for Nabisco in Russia. Igor later joined the Wm. Wrigley Jr. Company. At Wrigley, Igor’s 15 year career took him from the General Manager of Russia to member of the Global Executive Leadership Team and President of Wrigley East Europe, Middle East, Africa, India and South America. He took the Wrigley business in Russia from an early stage to an unchallenged market leadership position growing it over 15 times and successfully pioneered many new geographies and businesses. Igor also ran the Developing Geographies Platform looking into innovative ways and solutions to unlock the potential of the developing countries. He led the way for the Wrigley Company to make its first ever acquisition in chocolate and to expand the business into broader confectionery. Igor Saveliev is currently Chairman of the Board of Nash Khleb Group of Companies which develops, in particular, the business of Le Pain Quotidien in Russia. He is also the Chairman of the Board of Aquanika Group of Companies where he also chairs the Strategy and Marketing Committee. Igor also consults a broad range of FMCG and investment companies on strategy out of his office in Dubai. Igor supports a charity to help orphanages in Russia, and is a frequent speaker at international conferences and events. He is fluent in Russian, English and French and speaks basic Spanish.
