Muhammad joined ADAM Global as a young graduate. His focus for success, eye for detail and commitment to excellence gave him the meteoric career rise to become Chief Operating Officer and the youngest CEO of the organisation in less than a decade. Muhammad travels extensively and has a fervour for developing business relationships and delivering value to members. This quality made him many business friends that converted to devoted members of ADAM Global, one of the biggest multidisciplinary networks in the world. Muhammad is an advocate of referral marketing and social selling. He developed “ADAM Interact”, a business-sharing platform unique to ADAM Global. Members now boast billing in excess of $200 million. Its Muhammad’s vision to develop ADAM Global as the most revenue generating network for its members in the world. He gained experience in effective networking and referral generation as a celebrated leader of BNI. He has attracted most enthusiastic members, leading regions as Presidents and Regional Vice Presidents totally committed to his vision. Muhammad is a member of the STEP, has a Hons. Bachelor Degree in Business Administration and a Diploma in Trust and Estate Practitioner.
Director International Affairs
Panos is a graduate of Harvard Business School on Executive Education, Wharton Business School and Cornell University on Executive Leadership. His undergraduate degree is in Politics and International Relations (American University of Athens) and his postgraduate studies are with distinction from University of Lancaster on Diplomacy, International Law and International Relations. Panos has been appointed as member in the Global Board of Directors of ADAM GLOBAL PLC, taking over an advisory role as Director of International Affairs. Panos is the Global member of the Board of Directors and Managing Partner for the Middle East. Before joining Stanton Chase, he was the Managing Director of IKRP, one of the largest Law Consulting firms in South East Europe, with offices in 12 countries. He also served as Chief Administrator of the University of Wales Swansea. He has also published over 100 articles internationally on financial and business issues, participated in more than 50 Global and Regional Financial and HR Conferences as a key note speaker and contributed to a number of TV and Radio presentations in several countries.
Igor Saveliev has 20 years of experience in FMCG globally. Igor is a graduate of the Moscow State Linguistic University and earned his MBA with distinction from the Goizueta Business School at Emory University. Having served 7 years at the UN in Geneva and the Russian Foreign Ministry, Igor moved on to work for the Coca Cola Company and then become the General Manager for Nabisco in Russia. Igor later joined the Wm. Wrigley Jr. Company. At Wrigley, Igor’s 15 year career took him from the General Manager of Russia to member of the Global Executive Leadership Team and President of Wrigley East Europe, Middle East, Africa, India and South America. He took the Wrigley business in Russia from an early stage to an unchallenged market leadership position growing it over 15 times and successfully pioneered many new geographies and businesses. Igor also ran the Developing Geographies Platform looking into innovative ways and solutions to unlock the potential of the developing countries. He led the way for the Wrigley Company to make its first ever acquisition in chocolate and to expand the business into broader confectionery. Igor Saveliev is currently Chairman of the Board of Nash Khleb Group of Companies which develops, in particular, the business of Le Pain Quotidien in Russia. He is also the Chairman of the Board of Aquanika Group of Companies where he also chairs the Strategy and Marketing Committee. Igor also consults a broad range of FMCG and investment companies on strategy out of his office in Dubai. Igor supports a charity to help orphanages in Russia, and is a frequent speaker at international conferences and events. He is fluent in Russian, English and French and speaks basic Spanish.
