Country - Brazil

Brazil ratified the OECD Multilateral Convention for Mutual Administrative Assistance in Tax matters. The Convention was ratified by the Senate through the Legislative Decree 105/16 and the agreement will take effect in October 1st, 2016.

At the same time Brazilian Federal Revenue Services will get the same information from Brazilians assets in every country who ratified the Convention.
