Graduated as a Chemical Engineer but entered accountancy profession thereafter and has worked for KPMG (twice) and started a boutique advisory firm in 1999. Particular interests in the Construction & Materials area as as well as TMT which overlaps with a knowledge of health software in the UK. Happy to work and collaborate with all CDI Members world-wide and to co-ordinate Europe wide activities as required. Very well networked in Mid Market Private Equity in London but happy to co-ordinate CDI access to London finance raising markets across the board. Used to advising management teams in MBOs and MBIs as well as development capital and start up funding. Corporate sell side and buy side experience both UK and cross border in a wide selection of industries. Would like to leverage CDI capabilities to capture sell side mandates for UK private equity houses that are badly served by even international firms with ineffective cross border communications. Happy to coordinate on inbound activities as well with other CDI members whose clients are either seeking UK buyers or UK targets to acquire.
