His major focus is strategy and strategy execution with particular concentration on market entry, growth, disruption and innovation. Ray has been a member of a number of government, regulatory and policy advisory groups concerned with the future of Financial Services. He has held senior leadership positions at BRG, Navigant, Eircom, PA Consulting Group and IBM Business Consulting Services and holds separate PhDs in Scenario Planning, Technology Enabled Change, and Corporate Governance.
