As an expatriate she’s worked on migration of call centres from the UK to India, led data analytics projects for major FMCG clients in Europe; worked with emerging market entrepreneurs to restructure their businesses, recruitment and sales strategy headed up HRM strategy in Dubai and continues to initiate programs for women and youth. As well as championing the cause to create a platform for the next generation of women, bridging gender gaps and breaking toxic social belief systems, revising recruitment and sales strategies for Contact centers, Valerie supports young people who are starting out in their careers by offering counseling/mentoring services on a pro bono service to youth at various institutes.
