Mr. Michael Bader is the Senior Partner of Bader Gnehm & Partner. They founded the firm in 1988 and today has offices in Bern, Murten and Zurich. Michael studied at University of Berne (attorney, 1985). Since then he has been primarily active in the practice areas of the following: Company and Business Law, Construction and Real Estate Law, Arbitration (ICC, CAS et al.), National and International Contract Law, Mergers & Acquisitions, Liability Law, Project Organization, particularly in China / India.
