Susan is an advocate of the High Court in Tanzania. She holds membership of various legal associations like East Africa law Society, Tanganyika Law society, East Africa School of Taxation, Associate member of Institute of Company Secretaries in India. She holds Masters Degree in Corporate and Commercial laws and displayed skills in creation and perfection of security interests, registration of chattels, advising banks through legal opinions on syndicate loan arrangements, registration of foreign loans and external borrowing, guarantees, and legalization of bank documents, mergers and acquisitions, fair competition laws to mention but a few. She is a company secretary of over 15 companies and is well established in practice of corporate governance and company compliance issues, thus able to see through due diligence process for corporate clients. She further has advised clients on cyber space law and impacts of technology on intellectual property and insurance law in Tanzania among others.
