Introduction to Advisory Council
The Advisory council advises clients and third parties on the features of particular public or private projects before they are implemented, to assure their full feasibility and compatibility with the applicable legal, social and political requirements of the host country. They provide guidance to propose and draft specific legislation to be applied by developing countries in areas of their particular interest; and the Council members can serve as Arbitrators in litigation and out of court dispute resolution cases.
Chairman, Advisory Council– Mr. Héctor Rodríguez Molnar regularly advices international companies on corporate and environmental masers and conducts both areas of practice in parallel. He is currently the Manager of the Legal Practice of the Madrid office. In his 30 years long practice as a corporate lawyer, Héctor has acted as outside counsel for clients in key areas such as the automobile industry, telecommunications (with regard to activities of both suppliers and operators), pharmaceutical business (mainly from the regulatory and environmental sides), waste treatment and disposal and energy (oil exploration and production).
Deputy, Vice Chairman–Mr. Ankit Jain is the founder member of AJSH & Co. He is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) with more than 14 years of experience with Pricewaterhouse Coopers (PwC) and American Express. As part of AJSH he has advised clients on restatement of financial statements as per US GAAPs & compliance with SEC regulations for fund raising through SEC listed SPAC's. The firm leverages on his experience for its fund raising & transaction support practices.
Patents, Trademarks and Intellectual Property Law –Mr. Juan Botella Reyna has been acting as counsel in Patents & Trademarks for more than 25 years. He has a Degree in Law and Economics by the Universidad Pontificia de Comillas, ICADE – Madrid. He is also a graduate in Cooperative Sciences by the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid and a member of the Madrid Bar Association. He is the Managing Partner of ADAM Global Spain Office, a firm devoted exclusively to IP Law, Patents and Trademarks since 1921.
Renewable Energies – Mr. Michele Carrelli Palombi is holder of an LL.D. Degree from Rome University (1991) and an LL.M. (Masters) Degree from King’s College London (1995). Following a more general international background gained within first rank International law-firms and multinational companies, in EU corporate, M&A and PPP. Mr. Palombi has been coordinating the one-stop-shop law-firm he co-founded 11 years ago focusing in creating opportunities for Italian and foreign energy players, to invest and venture Gas Electricity and Renewable projects in Italy and abroad.
Accounting and Auditing – Mr. Roberto Corciulo is President and founder of I C & Partners, a company specialized in consulting services for Italian companies that have invested in Eastern Europe, Russia, China, Brazil and USA. Degree in Economics from the Trieste University, Italy, he is a consultant specialized in international business and focused on Eastern Europe markets and themes. He is currently chairman of the board of auditors and auditor in different companies; he is involved in teaching activities and wrote publications about internationalization matters.
Real Estate – Ms. Ana Rodrigues is a Management and Business Administration gradated advising clients since 2005 to the internationalization of enterprises in Africa and Europe.
FDI Performance and Protection Expert – Mr. Martial Kpochan is the Managing Partner of Adam Global Benin. He is a chartered accountant and business advisor in Benin. He began his career in 2002 with SACOR in Paris and moved to Picard Choronzey Inc. in Montreal (Canada). In Benin he worked for BDO and Deloitte. He has an experience of over ten years in advising clients from Europe, Asia and Middle East entering Benin market. Expert of Environmental Sciences –Professor Donald D. Adams
has been servicing the global business and academic community for the past 40 years as an educator and climate change specialist, working in the area of greenhouse gases, water quality and earth geochemistry. His high level of proficiency were recognized by the State of New York Chancellor’s Award for Excellence in Scholarship and Creative Activities, a Max Planck fellowship award, a prestigious Fulbright Research Fellowship and a peer-reviewed decision to honor Mr. Donald as a Fulbright Senior Specialist representing the United States to the world as a service ambassador for education and science from 2003 to 2008. Upon the invitation of the international business and academic communities, (by mere way of example, from Germany, Switzerland, Italy, Finland and the Netherlands in Europe and Japan, New Zealand, Brazil and Russia at other global sites outside of Europe) Mr. Donald developed an intense activity in his areas of specialization on reservoirs, rivers and lakes, dealing with sediment sampling, water quality and greenhouse gases, with an increasing share of his overall activities being carried out in developing countries, in connection with global climate change, pollution abatement, petroleum exploration and green fertilizer programs in Chile, Tanzania, Kenya, Rwanda and Uganda.
Counsel Global Mergers & Acquisitions – Mr. Mansur M. Nuruddin is a Ivy League educated, international corporate lawyer with over a decade of experience in complex corporate transactions. Mr. Nuruddin has had the unique experience of working on four continents, i.e., North America, Europe, Asia and now Africa. He began his legal career with the Wall Street law firm of Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP, where he spent nearly seven years between Cravath’s New York and London offices. Mr. Nuruddin has also worked for Herbert Smith in Hong Kong and most recently in South Africa for Bowman Gilfillan before deciding to start his own law practice in 2011.
