About
I am the Founder & CEO of Fundshing, a tokenization technology platform built for real-world assets and regulated digital offerings. My work sits between asset owners, issuers, investors, technology and the specialist partners required to execute properly across jurisdictions. Fundshing helps clients structure and launch tokenization projects through technical infrastructure, smart-contract deployment workflows, investor-access tools, digital asset operations and ongoing platform support. I have worked across blockchain, digital securities, capital formation and cross-border business development since the early stages of the industry. My background includes deal origination, technology operations and advising projects in real estate, commodities, climate, digital assets and alternative investments. I work with founders, asset managers, fund operators, real-estate sponsors, private-credit firms, renewable-energy developers and commodity businesses that want to explore a practical route to tokenization. Fundshing is a technology provider. Legal, regulatory, custody, transfer-agent, KYC/AML, escrow and regulated distribution activities are handled by the appropriate specialist partners for each project. Open to cross-border partnerships, asset-backed mandates, strategic introductions and tokenization opportunities with a credible underlying business case.

Experience spans real estate, private credit, debt, commodities, renewable energy, natural resources, equity, intellectual property and alternative assets. I support the coordination of jurisdiction-specific legal, compliance, custody, transfer-agent, KYC/AML, escrow and regulated distribution relationships, based on the asset, investor profile and offering structure. Previous work also includes international deal origination, investment opportunity assessment, due diligence support, strategic partnerships and market-entry coordination.
